Copywriting on Growth & up
Growth, Custom/Advanced, and Ecommerce packages include Eh Ok Media writing your website copy. Starter uses the content and photos you provide, to keep the price low.
Mobile-first design
Every site is built and tested for mobile first, then scaled up to tablet and desktop, since most local searches happen on a phone.
You own it, outright
You own your domain, your website platform, your Google Analytics and Search Console, and your Google Business Profile. Eh Ok Media receives appropriate access to do the work, nothing more. Third-party assets like stock photos or plugins remain subject to their own licenses.
25% deposit to start
A 25% deposit begins your project. The remaining balance is due on completion, before your site is transferred or launched.
Basic technical SEO
Clean URLs, proper heading structure, page titles and descriptions, and image alt text are set up on every build, not just the higher-tier plans.
Direct access to your designer
You work directly with the person building your site. No account managers, no call centres, no games of telephone.

Pricing FAQ
Questions about scope, cost, and timing
If your needs grow beyond what was originally quoted, like extra pages, added features, or a bigger e-commerce catalogue, we'll quote the additional work separately before starting it. You'll never be billed for scope changes without approving them first.
The 1–3 week timeline for Starter and Growth assumes reasonably prompt feedback and content delivery on your end. Delays in providing photos, text, or approvals will push your launch date back by roughly the same amount of time.
Hosting isn't bundled into the one-time build price. Growth includes your first 3 months of Website Care (which covers hosting support); Starter doesn't include any. After that, or immediately for Starter, ongoing hosting is available from $99/month through a Website Care plan.
You do. You own your domain, your website platform (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.), your Google Analytics and Search Console, and your Google Business Profile. If we register your domain on your behalf, it's registered in your name, not ours. Eh Ok Media receives appropriate access to manage the work, not ownership. Starter is a one-time build with no ongoing support bundled in. Growth includes 3 months of Care. After that, ongoing support of any kind is available through our monthly Care plans above, with no obligation to sign up for one.
Most Starter and Growth builds launch within 1 to 3 weeks of your kickoff call. Custom projects vary based on scope (e-commerce catalogues and multi-location sites take longer) and a realistic timeline is confirmed during your quote.
Domain registration, hosting beyond what's included, and premium plugins or third-party subscription fees (like booking or e-commerce payment software) aren't included in the base package price. We'll flag any of these clearly, with real numbers, before they apply to your project.
