No. Starter, Custom/Advanced, and Ecommerce builds are one-time projects with no obligation to add ongoing care. Growth includes your first 3 months of Website Care; after that, it's entirely optional and month-to-month.
Yes. All Care plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, so you can pause or cancel whenever it makes sense for your business.
Things like updating your hours, swapping a photo, fixing a typo, or adding a new testimonial. Larger changes, like new pages, redesigned sections, or added functionality, are quoted separately, even for Care plan clients.
Yes. You can move up to Local Growth, or step back down to Website Care, as your needs and budget change.
