Real projects, honestly presented
No fabricated client logos or invented numbers here, just the sites we've actually built, including ones we operate ourselves.
Lambton Maintenance Men
Disclosure: Lambton Maintenance Men is a local service business operated by Eh Ok Media's founder, James Fraser. It's a practical testing ground for the website, local SEO, and lead-handling work we bring to client projects, not an independent client relationship. See more on the About page.
The starting situation
Lambton Maintenance Men had no website at all before this project. Like a lot of local service businesses, word of mouth and a Facebook page were doing the work a real website should have been doing, which meant the business was effectively invisible to anyone searching on Google for property maintenance or landscaping in Sarnia.
The problem
Customers searching "lawn care near me" or "property maintenance Sarnia" had no way to find the business, compare it to competitors, or request a quote online. Every lead depended on someone already knowing the business by name.
What we changed
We built a new website from scratch: a mobile-first homepage with clear service descriptions, an easy way to request a quote, and a fast-loading page built around what a customer actually needs to see before calling a property maintenance company. Alongside the build, we set up and optimized the Google Business Profile listing and handled on-page local SEO.
The result
Strong Google Business Profile visibility in Sarnia
Lambton Maintenance Men's Google Business Profile has achieved strong visibility for several local searches, including "grass cutting Sarnia," "lawn care Sarnia," "lawn service Sarnia" and "lawn maintenance Sarnia."
This helps local customers discover and contact the business through Google Search and Google Maps, instead of relying entirely on word of mouth.
What's still being improved
This is ongoing, not finished. We're actively adding content, refining the site, and continuing local SEO work to strengthen the business's visibility in Google Search and Google Maps over time.

Other projects
Candied Fruit Creations is operated by Eh Ok Media, see the full disclosure on the About page. Sarnia Bin Men is a separate local business, built for people close to the founder rather than an arm's length client project.
