Services
Eh Ok Media provides website design, local SEO, and related digital marketing services for local service businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any project will be confirmed in a separate written quote or agreement before work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
Pricing shown on this website (Starter, Growth, Custom) is a starting guide. Final pricing depends on project scope and will be confirmed in writing before any work begins or payment is collected.
Payment Terms
Deposit requirements, payment schedule, accepted payment methods, and late payment terms need to be finalized before this page is published.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and approvals needed to complete a project on the estimated timeline. Delays in providing requested materials may extend project timelines accordingly.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for the client transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) which remain subject to their own licensing terms.
Ongoing Support & Hosting
Support and maintenance terms depend on the plan selected. Details of what's included (updates, hosting, SEO monitoring) will be confirmed as part of your service agreement.
Cancellation
Notice period required and refund policy for deposits or partial work already completed need to be finalized before this page is published.
Limitation of Liability
Eh Ok Media will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., a specific number of leads, calls, or search ranking position), as these depend on factors outside our control, including market competition and platform algorithm changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
